I am a post-doctoral research associate at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, working with Prof. Olgica Milenkovic. I got my PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Arizona in 2015 under supervision of Prof. Bane Vasic. I also received my B.Sc. and M.Sc. from Isfahan university of Technology, Isfahan, Iran in 2005 and 2008, respectively.

My research interests include  Genomic Data Compression, Graphical-based Models for Large-scale Networks, Big Data Analysis, Computational Biology, LDPC codes and Group Testing.
