- draft public library tip sheets
- produce refugee and asylum seeker heat map
- ALA Summer Conference: session, Diversity Fair, and Uncommons (June 24, 2017)
- finalize guide and begin dissemination and promotion
- ALA Midwinter: Feedback and learning how guide has been used (February 2018)
- Update guide as needed
- Joint Conference of Librarians of Color (September 26-30, 2018)
