Gillian Nichols-Smith works as an Assistant Public Defender at the Law Office of the Cook County Public Defender.

Ms. Nichols-Smith received her B.A. from the University of Illinois in 2005, with a major in Gender & Women’s Studies and a minor in International Studies. She then received her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2008.
