Barry Taylor
ADJUNCT PROFESSOR, UNIVERSITY OF CHICAGO LAW SCHOOL
Barry Taylor is a Lecturer in Law for the University of Chicago Law School, where he teaches courses in disability rights law and is an expert on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), presenting on ADA related topics across the country each year. Prior to joining the faculty at University of Chicago, he also served as Vice President of Civil Rights and Systemic Litigation for Equip for Equality from 1996 to 2023.
Mr. Taylor received his Bachelor of Arts in 1985 from the University of Illinois, where he majored in Psychology and minored in Political Science and Speech Communication. He then received his J.D. in 1988 from the University of Illinois College of Law.
