MathJax-LaTeX

Description: MathJax enables enables rendering of embedded LaTeX or MathML in HTML pages.

Creator’s site: https://wordpress.org/plugins/mathjax-latex/

Available by request from the publish.illinois.edu team, this plugin has been used by math and physics-related sites to enable easier display of mathematical formulae.

Note: There is a known issue with the plugin that requires the PIE team to make a configuration change to your site after the plugin has been enabled. For the developers’ conversation about this issue (and hopefully updates), see https://wordpress.org/support/topic/latest-version-gives-errors/ We will make this change for you when we enable the plugin for your site; however, we wanted to make this information publicly available in case the current CDN should become unavailable in the future.

After we have changed the configuration settings to match the latest information in that post thread,
