Post Harvest Losses, Challenge to Achieving Food Security in Africa

Experts at the recent Comprehensive Africa Agriculture Development Program Partnership (CAADP) platform meeting unanimously concluded that the program’s goal of achieving a 6% annual agricultural growth can not be realized without reducing PHL.
