Grain Storage Technologies to Reduce Post-Harvest Losses

Grain banks in Malawi are helping to reduce PHL. Effectively helping to store harvested grain before being taken to the market, this particular grain bank is helping over 4,000 farmers to avoid the losses caused by pests and rodents that had before destroyed much of the harvested crops. The FAO has helped to set up six grain banks in productive parts of the country.
