Sometimes, it is difficult to know how to turn in your work for a group assignment. However, it might also be that you’ve tried submitting too many times, or you’re attempting to submit after the due date.

Please include the following information when you contact us, so we can better assist you:
- Have you been assigned to a specific group in your Compass course?
- If so, what is the group name or number?
- What is the name of the assignment you’re trying to turn in? Please also include the course title and number.
- Is this the first time you’re trying to turn it in, or have you used multiple attempts? If multiple, how many?
- Did you try to submit on time, or after the due date?
