I can’t access a course in Compass…

There is a lag between the time someone adds a course in Banner and when they’re added to the Compass site. This can be up to 3 days (but generally updates occur once or twice daily). If you are unable to access a Compass site (or if a Compass site is still available after you have dropped a class) please check again in 24 hours.

 Possible Fixes:

  • Waiting 24 hours for Compass to sync

After 24 hours, if your access still has not changed, contact the eLearning Team. We can’t manually add you to a course, but we can check to make sure you’re enrolled. 

For further assistance, submit a request to the Student Help Desk:

  • Send in a “request for help” ticket anytime
  • An eLearning Team member will respond as soon as possible
