I can’t access my course…

There is a lag between the time you register and when you’re added to a course site. This can be up to 3 days (but generally updates occur once or twice daily). If you are unable to access a Compass or Canvas site (or if a course site is still available after you have dropped a class) please check again in 24 hours.

 Possible Fixes:

  • Waiting 24 hours for Compass or Canvas to sync with registration

After 24 hours, if your access still has not changed, contact the eLearning Team. We can’t manually add or remove you from a course, but we can check to make sure you’re enrolled. 

For further assistance, submit a request to the Student Help Desk:

  • Send in a “request for help” ticket anytime
  • An eLearning Team member will respond as soon as possible
