Alternative to 3-Day Food Tracking

If you’d prefer not to complete any of the traditional 3-day food tracking step project, you have another 12-step option! Here’s what to do instead:

  • Step 1: Share a quick note
    Upload a short message in the Canvas dropbox letting me know you’ll be choosing the alternative option: Canvas Dropbox Link.
  • Step 2: Pick your topic
    Complete this form to choose the topic you’d like to focus on: Topic Request Form.
  • Step 3: Turn in your weekly steps using the PDF information below (be sure to answer all parts)
    Submit your work each week here: Weekly Steps Dropbox.

💡 This option is designed to keep you fully engaged in the course while giving you flexibility if tracking food feels overwhelming or triggering.
