I’m majoring in Molecular and Cellular Biology with a minor in Gender and Women’s Studies. In the future I would like to go to medical school and one day be a physician working primarily in Women’s Health – Ob/Gyn. I’m president of a Bollyfusion dance team on campus called Fataaka, and I also work as a healthcare tech at Carle Hospital in Urbana. I joined the lab 2 years ago because I really liked how the lab had focus on reproductive health and endometriosis because that really aligns with my future career goals and interests. I wanted to work in a lab that was working on reproductive diseases. Some of my hobbies are dancing, and cooking i really like trying new recipes (whether they end up good or bad).
