Description of Research: Interests: Marine animal physiology, invasive species control, non-lethal toxicology sampling
Biographical Information: Emi was born in New Hampshire, raised in North Carolina and Florida. She became interested in conservation biology while studying environmental policy in college, and she is excited for the opportunity to study toxicology and aquatic reproductive physiology at the University of Illinois. She is interested in how environmental conditions interact with physiology and reproductive strategies in aquatic species. Fun Fact: Emi once backpacked across New Zealand.
