Noelle Thompson

Noelle is currently studying the effects of hunting on habitat use by white-tailed deer. She is using UIUC-owned Allerton Park and Retreat Center as her study site. Through GIS and spatial analysis, she is analyzing both historical and current data collected by Allerton’s deer management program with the goal that her results can be applied to the Illinois Department of Natural Resources’ white-tailed deer disease management program.
