Getting Around Champaign-Urbana and Campus

Champaign-Urbana and the UIUC Campus have an integrated and well-developed public bus system. Please use the MTD website to find more information about routes, fares, and mapping. Alternatively, ride-sharing services (Lyft and Uber) are also available in town, as are dockless bike-shares through Veo and Bird.

Parking

All hotels have parking available. For the Illini Union Hotel (conference venue), guests will receive parking permits at check in.

For those staying off-campus, there is metered parking available around the Illini Union conference venue. Below the conference is venue is circled in pink, and metered parking areas are highlighted in yellow. You can find more detailed information on the website.

Navigating the Conference Venue

Please use the following map to help navigate the conference menu. We will put signs throughout the first floor to direct you to the conference rooms. Check in will be in the lobby of the Illini Room area, at the golden star below. Please note, Sessions 1.1, 2.1, … , 6.1 are all held in Room 104, which is located in the Northwest corner of the building. All breaks and meals are in Illini Room A, and all other sessions are in Illini Rooms B and C, all located in the center of the building.
