Master of Health Administration Online
The MHA Online program is a flexible, fully asynchronous degree designed for professionals balancing career and personal commitments. Students can complete the program full-time in as few as 18 months or follow a part-time path that fits their schedule.
The curriculum emphasizes real-world application, developing skills in healthcare operations, policy, finance and strategic leadership. Students learn from expert faculty and have access to remote advising, mentoring, and academic support.
Professional Experience Requirement
The MHA Online is an executive-style track for individuals with 3–5 years of substantial full-time professional work experience. It is intended for professionals seeking advancement in the health field or experienced individuals from other industires looking to transition into health administration. The program is not suited for recent bachelor’s degree graduates who have not yet gained significant full-time professional experience.
Full-time professional experience generally refers to sustained employment (30–40 hours per week) in roles involving increasing responsibility and decision-making. Internships, part-time roles, student positions, and short-term or entry-level jobs typically do not meet this requirement.
Applicants who do not meet this experience threshold may be a stronger fit for the MHA On Campus program, which supports early-career professionals and recent graduates. Application materials can be redirected upon request.
