Engaging with multiple groups across various institutional boundaries is challenging! Forming effective partnerships requires honest conversations, frequent and ongoing check-ins, and regular reflection. Disparities in power, information access, and finances not only introduce possibilities for new ideas and energy, but also opportunities for misunderstandings and conflict. To develop, or co-develop, measurement and evaluation systems, collaborators must examine their expectations and goals, how they align and where they do not. This collection of resources, developed as part of a broader look at university-community collaborative activity, can inform that effort.
