Good News! We have enough tickets remaining to offer each registrant for the School of MCB Ceremony an additional 1 or 2 tickets. If you would like to receive 1 or 2 tickets in addition to what you’ve already requested, please fill out this form prior to 10:00 PM on Thursday, May 4. We will send email confirmations for your total number of tickets by Friday, May 5 at 5:00 PM. Tickets will be available for pick up at a time and place to be announced after Monday May 8. Please watch your email carefully.
Please only request additional tickets if you need them for your guests. Tickets cannot be sold under any circumstance. These are being offered to you free of charge, and we appreciate your help in keeping this process fair.
PICKING UP ACADEMIC ATTIRE
Academic attire will be distributed in the ARC, Gym 1 at the following times:
|Wednesday, May 10||11 AM to 6 PM|
|Thursday, May 11||11 AM to 6 PM|
|Friday, May 12||11 AM to 6 PM|
|Saturday, May 13||7:30 AM to 11 AM|
|Sunday, May 14||7:30 AM to 10 AM|
Rental fees must be paid in full by cash or check, made payable to Herff Jones, when you pick up the apparel. Payment cannot be made in advance, unless you chose the ship-to-home option.
You are strongly advised to pick up your academic attire before Saturday, May 13. Please be aware that your gown will be folded and may require steaming (do not iron).
You should present your receipt when picking up your academic attire. Bronze Tablet students may request their cord at this time, if they did not attend the Bronze Tablet reception in early May. The cord should be worn over your left shoulder.
If you cannot pick up your academic attire at one of the scheduled times, you may arrange for someone else to do so; that person should present your receipt and must pay the rental fee. Rental fees must be paid in full by cash or check only. Checks should be made payable to Herff Jones and have your name, address and phone number printed on the check.
