MCB CONVOCATION:
If you are planning to participate in the MCB Convocation Ceremony, please complete the Registration Form by April 5, 2017. Please enter your information carefully as it will be used to create a printed program for this event.
When you register for the MCB Convocation, you will have the opportunity to request tickets. Due to space limitations, undergraduate students will initially be allowed a maximum of 4 tickets each. M.S. and Ph.D. candidates will be allowed a maximum of 6 tickets each. There may be a small number of additional tickets that will be distributed via student lottery (2 maximum per student drawn) in late April or early May.
Note: There is no guarantee that extra tickets will be available, so please plan with this in mind.
We will be videotaping the ceremony and streaming it live via our website. Guests who are unable to secure a ticket should be able to watch the ceremony online.
Special Note: Sale of MCB Convocation tickets to anyone for any reason is prohibited. Any student attempting to sell tickets will have their tickets revoked and university disciplinary action will be taken. Thank you for helping us to keep this process fair to all of our graduates.
Please consult the attire requirements for our ceremony at http://mcb.illinois.edu/undergrad/advising/graduation_events/. Note: A cap and gown are necessary.
