Mason Group

Motivated by advances in the use of InSb as a platform for Majorana physics, we have been studying the superconducting proximity effect in InSb nanowires with epitaxially-grown Al on top. Additionally, we have been working on extending our technique of creating clean contacts to new experiments in which we contact InSb nanowires to magnetic insulators and to superconducting tunneling probes.
