Ugly Duckling Presse chapbook archive

The small-press publisher Ugly Duckling Presse is known for publishing unique works of poetry and creative writing, with a diverse backlist ranging from established writers such as Robert Walser and Aram Saroyan to contemporary poets. Their website also includes the fascinating Online Chapbook Archive, which makes out-of-print publications by a number of writers available.

The chapbooks are scanned as high-quality images, and can be read easily through one’s web browser.

Online resources that present similar materials include Craig Dworkin’s Eclipse, a project edited in association with the University of Utah’s Department of English, and Karl Young’s Light & Dust Anthology of Poetry.
