I believe everyone has leadership potential. However, I am more intrigued by how leadership is developed, utilized and shared amongst college undergraduate students. More specifically, student organization and student employment opportunities contain many opportunities for leadership development so I am targeting students employees and students involved in a registered student organization. I will be capturing this information from college students in an anonymous self-evaluation format as it will also allow for additional reflection for those participating students.
