Health Requirements – The Competition is planned and anticipated to proceed in-person. Neither St. John’s University nor the EDNY Courthouse requires that visitors be vaccinated against Covid. As such, we will not require that competitors and coaches be vaccinated nor that they provide proof of vaccination. Neither St. John’s University nor the EDNY Courthouse requires that visitors wear masks or engage in social distancing. However, at their discretion, judicial officers may require competitors, coaches, and attendees in the EDNY Courthouse to wear masks and engage in social distancing. All attendees of the Competition and Gala reception, including all competitors, coaches, and judges, must be prepared for changes in vaccination, masking, and social distancing requirements. If any changes in requirements occur, that information will be provided closer to the Competition.
