My portfolio demonstrates the journey that I have taken throughout this semester. If I had to draw what this portfolio looks like on a piece of paper, I would draw a heartbeat line on a heart monitor that goes up and down. For me, literature wise, I felt very alive with many ups and downs within the road just like the heartbeat line on a heart monitor of a person who is alive. If I had no ups and downs and just went straight forward, my art wouldn’t be as valuable. In fact, to me, they would be as good as dead.

The assignments throughout my literature journey prepared me for the future for the better and I am very satisfied with what I have gained through them. From grammar to how to research the data base. It was a long and a tough path but I definitely chose the one that I wouldn’t regret.
