Meet the GAs

Victoria Antwi, she/her/hers

Victoria is a second-year MSLIS student from Ghana. She aspires to be a professor, teaching and researching in the Library and Information Science discipline.



Elliot Barber, they/them/theirs

Elliot is a first-year MSLIS student from rural Missouri. They hopes to become a public librarian, with a specific passion for creating accessible and inclusive programs and resources for the community.



Audrey Bentch, MLIS Student
she/her/hers

Audrey is a second-year MSLIS student from Versailles, MO. She hopes to work in academic librarianship, though her hometown librarian has decided for her that she will be taking over the public library after graduation, so there is no telling.



Gates Daniel

Gates is a second-year student in the MSLIS program hailing from Chicago. He hopes to use his degree to either work in an Archive regarding his preferred subjects of religion or macabre history, but he may also pursue working at a Korean University afterwards.



Mohammed Fatihi, he/him/his

Mohammed is a second-year student in the MSLIS program from “Zongo”, Accra-Newtown, Ghana. He hopes to work within the political landscape, aiding government organizations and political parties in making informed decisions with data.



Britany Grashuis

Britany is a first-year MSLIS student from Peoria, Illinois. Her career goals are currently  broad, but she would love to work in an archive or do something with preservation. 



Wanheng Li

Wanheng is a second-year MSLIS student from Sichuan, China. She is particularly interested in exploring the fields of academic librarianship and data science.



Delia Kerr-Dennhardt

Delia is a second-year MSLIS student from rural Illinois. She hopes to pursue a career as a public outreach librarian, creating fun community events and providing social services for readers of all ages.



Kyleigh Magee, she/her/hers

Kyleigh is a first-year MSLIS student from New Jersey. In her studies, she is interested in exploring the intersections of information access and decolonization.


Daniel Martinez

Daniel is a first-year MSLIS student from Illinois. With his MSLIS degree, he aspires to work in Archival Arrangement. Whether it’s Digital or Dust, he would love to work there!


Maggie Williamson

Maggie is a first-year MSLIS student from a small town in Illinois. She hopes to pursue a career involving international libraries and helping connect others through learning.
