Here at our remote Team Awesome bunker we’re taking time away from our holiday cooking to give thanks for the graduate assistants who put the Team and the Awesome in Team Awesome. Today, we’re featuring first-year student Mariah Tennell who plans to be a Metadata Analyst after she graduates.
Where are you from and what’s your favorite part about it?
I am from Gainesville, FL and it is special to me because of the beautiful beaches.
What is your favorite part about working at the Help Desk?
My favorite part about working at the Help Desk is being able to check-in on courses for technical support. The students and faculty have been extremely wonderful to work with and they really appreciate out help.
