Kiran is a native of Princeton, New Jersey, where she loves how green the state is, how much farmland there is, and how beautiful its nature is. Kiran is our only first-semester, first-year MSLIS student at the iSchool, interested in pursuing a career as a research librarian in an academic library or special collections; she wants to connect BIPOC students with rare resources after graduation.

We’re back again today with another twofer special of awesome iSchool Help Desk Graduate Assistants! We’re starting off today with Kennedy Pasley, a sunny GA who we asked about her favourite on-campus hangout spot, ideal superpower, and much more!

We’re excited to introduce you to another wonderful iSchool Help Desk Graduate Assistant today, this time a familiar face in the Meet the Help Desk GAs series! We quizzed Isaac Wink on his go-to board game, favourite campus hang-out spot, and his job (!) plans after graduation.

Isaac is an Illinois native from Burban and a second-year graduate student in his last semester at the iSchool. As an MSLIS student, he was interested in pursuing academic librarianship, digital humanities, and lowering barriers to technology. After graduation, Isaac will be working as a Research Data Librarian at the University of Kentucky. He’s very excited for it!
