This is a database of common, and sometimes uncommon, problems and answers! If you’re having a relatively small issue and aren’t ready to make the call to the Help Desk, try perusing this resource first! This is a great first step for finding general tech information about setting up WiFi on your laptop, forwarding your Illinois email to your Gmail, and other issues. Still confused?
