Congratulations, my fellow classmates, on our graduation! As I reflect on the final week of my academic journey, I am filled with a mix of emotions. From completing my last examination to attending the grand graduation ceremony on the final day, I bid farewell to the graduation season with my last blog post!

The graduation ceremony exceeded all my expectations in terms of grandeur. It was a special moment for me since I didn’t attend the ceremony for my undergraduate degree. The sight of thousands of students adorned in academic regalia, even in the sweltering heat, created a solemn yet exciting atmosphere. As the dean and department head delivered their speeches, my mind wandered away, transcending the confines of the venue and drifting towards the sky, beyond the stars. It felt as though I wasn’t just marking the end of an exploratory journey but rather embarking on an even more challenging one.

Being a graduate ambassador throughout the year has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. I’m grateful for the opportunity to assist my classmates and contribute to the Information School. It allowed me to connect with a remarkable team who are dynamic, creative, and capable of turning ideas into action. I also had the privilege of working alongside patient and responsible leader. It’s an experience that I will always treasure and remember.

Although the graduation ceremony has come to a close, there are still numerous tasks that await my attention. I haven’t begun the daunting task of cleaning up my room and packing my belongings, which will require a significant effort. Additionally, I haven’t finalized my travel plans or booked my flight tickets yet. Originally, I had intended to spend a week in Thailand before returning to China. However, considering the recent security incidents in Southeast Asia, I am contemplating changing my graduation trip destination. Moreover, my full-time job is scheduled to commence in mid-June.

Lastly, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone. Each person I have encountered along this journey holds a special place in my heart, and I cherish the connections we have made. Your presence in my life is invaluable, and I love each and every one of you. I would also like to extend a special thank you to YAN.
