Dr. Cooke’s work relates to increasing water use efficiency for staple crops in Sierra Leone. Specifically, he is conducting projects on rainfall harvesting. He has also conducted workshops on 1) GIS for Irrigation and Drainage and 2) Fabrication and Field Testing of a Manual Grain Planter in Sierra Leone.
