Check-in
Checking in helps us track attendance and to report back to our generous sponsors — thank you for helping us with this process! We are asking all attendees to check-in, even if you are coming for just a short time.
We are asking all registered visitors (partners, mentors, guests, community members) to check-in at the check-in station on the north side of the Illini Union. Make sure to check in (bring your i-Card/netID if you have one) before picking up your pre-printed name tag and a copy of the short program.
We are asking all student presenters to check-in at the check-in station outside of Illini ABC, which is located on the western side of first floor of the Illini Union. Make sure to check in (bring your i-Card with you to make checking in go faster) and grab a pre-printed name tag and a copy of the short program.
Drop-in attendees: There will be a separate station for same-day check-ins at both the north side and west side check-in areas. Make sure to sign in using your i-Card (if you have one) or the QR code provided at the table (for those who do not have U. of I. credentials), fill out a name tag, and grab a copy of the short program.

K-12 Teachers
ISBE PDHs are available to attend this event. There will be a separate check-in and check-out process so please see the staff at the check-in station on the north side of the Illini Union for information.
