Deadline for 2021-2022 Mentee Applications
Mentees will matched with mentors in September for the school year. See below for application deadlines for our partner sites. Occasionally, slots for new mentees open up mid-school year, so families are encouraged to contact us to get put on the waiting list once the regular application deadline has passed. Mentoring Program at Dr. Williams Elementary School
Tuesdays OR Wednesdays (3:15-4:45 p.m.)
Open to 3rd-5th grade students

Applications for the 2021-22 school year are due no later than Friday, September 3. Mentoring will begin on Tuesday, September 21 and Wednesday, September 22, 2021. If you would like your child to be considered for a spot in the Tuesday or Wednesday program, please return your completed application to the front office at Dr. Williams Elementary School. Brice Boembeke, Elementary Mentoring and Community Involvement Coordinator, is the point of contact for additional questions about programs at Dr. Williams Elementary School (bboembeke@usd116.org).
Mentoring Program at Don Moyer Boys & Girls Club
Saturdays (10:00 am-12:00 p.m.)
Open to 8-10 year old students

Applications for the 2021-22 school year are due no later than Sunday, August 29. Mentoring will begin on Saturday, September 25, 2021. If you would like your child to be considered for a spot in the Saturday program, please register/complete an application on the Don Moyer Boys & Girls Club website. Please note that your child may become a Club member and participate in IMP even if there is a waiting list for the Club’s general academic program.
