My research focuses on mathematical and statistical modeling for disease control, particularly infectious diseases. I have projects involving livestock diseases (mycobacteria; antimicrobial resistance; water-borne pathogens), vector-borne diseases (West Nile Virus; Lyme Disease; rickettsial diseases), and human-specific and zoonotic diseases (mycobacteria; antimicrobial resistance).
