Welcome to the Hearing Research Lab at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign! Our lab aims to understand how the inner ear and brain work together to allow us to hear in noisy situations. We are also interested in how permanent hearing loss impacts the inner ear and brain. Our long-term goal is to contribute to the improved diagnosis and treatment of hearing disorders.
