Promoting wellness through effective design
Positive Health Solutions (PHS) group provided a unique opportunity to create designs that had a real impact on users and people in the community. After careful consideration of design obstacles and goals with the invited professor Bernard Caniffe, the group selected color palettes, type choices, and a design style that would both encapsulate what PHS stands to achieve and unite the system under a common vision. The studio also created a vision of an area that would serve as a gallery space consisting of striking images and statements of people involved with PHS and living with HIV/AIDS, with the objective of eliminating the social stigmas surrounding the viruses.
