“Optimizing Cognition via Exercise And Nutrition” is a 6-month intervention that examines changes in cognitive outcomes, physical activity, and psychosocial outcomes between older Latinos randomized to the BAILAMOSTM dance program + MIND (Mediterranean-DASH diet intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay) diet program compared to the BAILAMOSTM dance program + health education.

“Tending to Our Roots to Increase Our Wellness” (TRIOWell) is an 8-week culturally tailored community gardening intervention designed to increase daily physical activity levels, fruit/vegetable consumption, and psychosocial wellness among middle-aged African American (AA) women.

This program aimed to examine the impact of a culturally appropriate physical activity training program on Community Health Workers’ (CHWs) self-efficacy and physical activity levels.
