Hello, GSLIS students new and returning! Welcome to the GSLIS Help Desk/ITD Desk webpage. To those of you who didn’t get the opportunity to visit us during one of your building tours or orientation, let me give you a rundown of what it is we do.
The Help Desk is your go-to place for your technical needs! We will help you troubleshoot your devices, set up wireless and printer connections, lend out equipment, perform A/V setups for presentations and seminars, and be generally pleasant people to chat with if you’ve got some time to kill. We’re located on the second floor of the building! You can also talk to us via phone at 217-244-4903, as well as shoot us an email at help@support.lis.illinois.edu. Through the Instructional Technology and Design (ITD) Office, we also oversee your LEEP online classes! We’re there to make sure things run smoothly.
