LEEP On-Campus

I knew something was different in GSLIS when I walked in the east door of the building this morning. Instead of being greeted by the quiet hum of classes in rooms 126 and 131, I found myself face-to-face with a bake sale. And not just any bake sale, but a bake sale featuring huge slices of rainbow cake!

Rainbow cake? Rainbow cake?!? This can only mean one thing…

LEEP on-campus weekend has arrived! And with it come a whole host of classes, students, and events! To help you get the most out of this weekend (whether you are a LEEP or an on-campus student), your Help Desk has some tips:

  1. Check out the LEEP schedule to find out when and where your classes are.
  2. If you need help finding locations on campus, please refer to the University campus map.
  3. Be sure to visit the GSLIS Help Desk! Besides our regular hours, we’ll be staffed on Saturday and Sunday from 8-5. We’d love to see you!
  4. Review the LRL schedule to find out when the lab is closed due to class (hint: Thursday and Monday).
  5. Come talk to the embedded LIS Librarian during GSLIS office hours.
  6. Did we mention there are a lot of extra events going on? There are! Go to as many as you can. They’re listed in the LEEP schedule.
