Grant Mosey, Assoc. AIA, LEED GA, is a PhD student in the Building Technology track of the Architecture PhD program at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. He holds a professional Bachelors or Architecture from the Illinois Institute of technology and a post-professional Masters of Science in Architecture from the University of Arizona. Grant’s research is presently focused on multi-variate building optimization for environmental, economic, and social sustainability.
In addition to research, Grant has been an Instructor for studio courses and a Teaching Assistant for courses in structures, professional practice, and MEP systems. He is presently the Head Instructor of the pre-college Discover Architecture summer program. Apart from his roles at the university, Grant is engaged in providing architectural due diligence services in the private sector.
