Zoom is the recommended audio/videoconferencing platform for all Gies College of Business virtual meetings. You should use Skype for Business or Microsoft Teams when it makes sense (phone calls, 1:1 conversations, team and 1:1 messaging), but Zoom provides more functionality and is easier for remote and non-university participants.
All Gies employees and students have access to Zoom Pro accounts at illinois.zoom.us. Instructions on setting up your account and using Zoom are included in the training video below. IT Partners will hold Zoom office hours for assistance on 3/16, 3/18, 3/20, 3/23, and 3/25 from 9:30-10:30am at https://illinois.zoom.us/j/894225933
