Our Information Technology Partners team is here to help you! IT Partners continues to support faculty and staff during our remote work period. We are maintaining a small crew in BIF to support on-premise instructors. Most of our team, however, has moved to remote work locations per campus directive. They continue to focus on supporting the college and continuing our ongoing projects.

If you need technology assistance, please contact For emergencies only, or if you can’t email, please call 217-244-0812 during normal business hours. Priority will be given to instructional continuity. If you’re unsure of who to contact, visit our Help Desk can point you in the right direction.

If you have questions about projects we’re developing for you, please use the Microsoft Teams spaces we set up for your units.

We have also established the ITP – Remote Work Tech space on Microsoft Teams. This space is intended to ask general how-to questions about remote work technology, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, VPN, and Skype for Business.
