First General Body Meeting for Fall 2014 was a success! We just wanted to take the time to thank our members and e-board for planning and coordinating the event. Stay tuned for more meetings this semester and for social events in the upcoming weeks.

Our dinner with Halliburton will be on Thursday October, 3 at 7:30pm. The location will be disseminated to all members.

Hello GEDI Members,

Halliburton has decided that they want to take us out for food and get to know us some more. This is obviously a wonderful opportunity to interact directly with people that can answer questions about research, explain what life is like working for the firm and last but not least actually hire you. The tentative date is October 2nd at 6 or 7 pm. The location is to be decided. Hope to see you all there!

We will be having our first meeting of the semester on 11th of September at 5:00pm in Coordinated Science Laboratory (CSL) room 141. Boeing is tentatively scheduled to speak tomorrow.

GEDI will have another meeting this week on Thursday the 12th of September at 12 pm in the Coordinated Science Building (CSL) Room 301. We will have Dr. Daniel Saban speaking from Halliburton about research, work and lucrative opportunities with your graduate degree. Hope to see you all there!
