April 2020: Group gets an NSF CAREER award to study synthetic Rydberg lattices!
We’re really grateful to acknowledge new NSF support in the way of a CAREER award, which will help us pursue a new effort exploring synthetic lattices in strongly interacting collections of Rydberg atoms, on the project led by Jackson Ang’ong’a. Thanks NSF!
This award will also help fund undergraduate-led research on topological mechanical networks, in work led by undergraduates Michael Castle, Rithi Anandwade, and Yaashnaa Singhal (and former REU student Cait Battle-McDonald), with adivising and help from graduate students Sai Paladugu and Shraddha Agrawal, among others.
