Albany, GA Damage Survey Report


WHITE PAPERS

Prof.  Lombardo traveled to the Disaster Prevention Research Institute at Kyoto University in Japan in October 2016.  The purpose of his visit was to begin research on determining the applicability of ‘human-sensor’ data (e.g., Twitter messages and photos) to improve characterization of windstorm intensity and damage.
