Congratulations to Daniel M. Rhee that successfully defended his Ph.D. this Friday, January 8th, 2021. He is the first student from the Wind Engineering Research Laboratory to do so. He will continue with the group as a post-doc funded by The Northern Tornadoes Project, continuing to improve techniques for near-surface wind speed estimation.
