The FSHN GSA Symposium is the annual graduate student research symposium organized by the Food Science & Human Nutrition (FSHN) graduate students at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC).

The event will be held virtually on May 27, 2021, from 9:00 AM to 1:15 PM CDT through the Zoom platform. The symposium will showcase the innovative Food Science and Human Nutrition research being conducted at UIUC via live oral presentation and poster competition.
