  • I’m from out of town – where can I stay?
  • What are the closest airports/how can I get to town?
    • Champaign is home to Willard Airport (CMI). We are also only 45 minutes from Central Illinois Regional Airport at Bloomington-Normal (BMI), and 2 hours and 31 minutes from Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW) or O’Hare International Airport (ORD).
    • Amtrak runs direct from Chicago to Champaign 3x daily. Once on campus, you can Uber or utilize public buses. A one-way trip on MTD is just $1. You can pay using coins, $1 bills, or the Token Transit app.
