“Food for the Future” is the annual graduate student research symposium organized by the FSHN graduate students. The event will be held on July 12, 2016 from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM in the Monsanto Room and Heritage Room in the Funk ACES library. The program includes an exciting keynote lecture, futuristic food samples, and showcases the innovative Food Science and Human Nutrition research at UIUC.
This year’s keynote lecture topic is “Print your Food: How 3D Printing will Revolutionize how we Eat” offered by Aric Rindfleisch, John M. Jones Professor of Marketing, Executive Director, Illinois MakerLab and Head, Department of Business Administration.
