The 5 Verbs Project is a collaborative effort led by the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and University of Illinois Extension. The project is designed to provide relevant, research-based programming for couples and for parents. We exist to help your family and families throughout the United States.

The 5 Verbs Project is affiliated with the Illinois United initiative. Illinois United is designed to provide a digital home for translational research focused on promoting the health and well-being of families throughout the state of Illinois and beyond.

The project is led by Dr. Allen Barton, an Assistant Professor and Extension Specialist in Human Development and Family Studies at the University of Illinois.
