Information for Presenters

Oral presenters who plan to use a computer

The conference room is equipped with a projector and a built-in PC. We strongly encourage all authors to put their presentations onto the PC in the conference room, in order to avoid any technical difficulties during the conference. To facilitate switches between talks, we also encourage you to send us your presentations in advance, by 5pm on Thursday, May 18; we will upload all presentations onto the conference computer (please send your presentation as a PowerPoint or a PDF file). If you are unable to send your presentation in advance, please bring it with you on a memory stick and we will upload it during a coffee break.

If you prefer to use your own laptop for your presentation, please note that the equipment in the room has only a VGA port. If your laptop has an HDMI port, and/or if you are using a Mac, please be sure to bring an adopter.

Presenters who plan to use handouts

We recommend that you make 80 copies of of your handout if you are presenting on Friday or Saturday, 60 copies if you are presenting on Sunday.
